On October 10 and 17, 2026, the "Act for the Environment" course will be held at the Ełk Social Revitalization Center "Stajnia"

The Center for Environmental Education invites the residents of Ełk to participate in a free, two-day course "Act for the Environment", organized as part of the mini-project "Together for the Environment" organized as part of a mini-project by the social partner — the Kultywator Foundation.

The event will take place on October 10 and 17, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Ełk Center for Social Revitalization "Stajnia" at 27a Tadeusza Kościuszki Street. The training is addressed to residents of the revitalization area — youth, adults and seniors, including local leaders, activists and representatives of non-governmental organizations. Participants are not required to have previous experience, but only to be willing to modify their surroundings to be greener and more friendly.

During the workshops, participants will go through the full path from inspiration to the development of a specific action plan. The program includes learning about good ecological practices, a research walk around the revitalization area, analyzing the needs of the local community and creating concepts for their own initiatives. Participants will also learn how to plan a budget, establish cooperation with partners, ensure the availability and safety of events, and effectively encourage others to cooperate. In the break between meetings, there will be time to collect the opinions of residents, which will allow for better refinement of the prepared projects. The expected effect of the course is the creation of at least two ready-to-implement environmental initiatives from the "green me" cycle, intended for implementation in the revitalization area in the spring of 2027.

Participation in the event is completely free of charge, and the organizers provide coffee service and hot refreshments. Due to the intimate nature of the meetings, the workshop group will have a maximum of 12 people, and the order of applications determines the admission. Registration and detailed information can be obtained by calling 87 610 16 24 or by e-mail: fundacjakultywator@gmail.com.
