Modernization of Ełk Park is underway Water Station. After 25 years, the time has come for a thorough modernization of one of the largest facilities of this type in the region. Thorough modernization of Ełk Water Park will transform the facility into a modern, year-round complex recreational and sports facility with an extensive pool area and higher comfort for residents and tourists.

The works include m.in.

• extension of the pool hall with an annex with a new recreational pool, paddling pool for children and a separate swimming pool for learning swimming pool,
the
• construction of completely new, modern slides,
• creating a catering zone.

Good news for residents is also that a modern saunarium will be built in the complex. 7 October 2010, we signed a contract for its execution.

The scope of work includes:

• reconstruction of the ground floor rooms for the needs of the saunarium,
• reconstruction and modernization of the sub-pool,
• replacement and reconstruction of sanitary installations operating the saunarium (cold and hot water installations, sanitary sewage system, heating system, ventilation system and air conditioning),
• reconstruction of electrical installations
• , reconstruction and expansion of teletechnical services,
• execution of finishing works,
• permanent equipment of the saunarium with its commissioning.

The contractor of the works will be PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUCTION AND SERVICE AND TRADE TRANSCOM sp. z o.o from Katowice.

The value of the contract is 3,190,000 PLN.
