Objectives of the program

1. Provision of support services for the organization of care services provided
in the form of neighbourhood services.

2. Improving the sense of security and the ability to self-employ functioning in the place of residence of the elderly through access to the so-called "remote care".

Addressees of the program:

people aged 60 and over who have problems with independent functioning due to a health condition, the independent households or living with relatives who do not are able to provide them with sufficient support.

The activities include two modules of the "Senior Support Corps" Program 2026 edition:

Module I - providing care services in the form of neighbourhood services to
seniors aged 60 and over

Module II - Improving safety and the ability to function independently on site housing for older people by increasing access to so-called 'care for the elderly' distance", as well as support for municipalities in the provision of care services.

The program is co-financed from the state budget and is implemented until the end of 2026.

Module I: co-financing: PLN 16,020.00, own contribution: PLN 10,620 (total value PLN 26,640.00)

Module II co-financing PLN 27,920.00, own contribution PLN 8560 (total value PLN 36,480.00 PLN)
