The Ełk Town Hall invites residents to participate in the anonymous survey to identify local hazards development of effective preventive measures.

The survey is carried out by the Foundation of the Action Center Preventive Clinics at the request of the Ełk City Hall. The collected answers will be used to development of a document entitled "Diagnosis of Social Problems of the City of Ełk", which will form the basis for further actions to promote the safety and security of quality of life in our city.

The study covers adult residents of Ełk and students primary and secondary schools in Ełk – thanks to this, the picture of the situation in the city will be full, seen through the eyes of several generations.

Why is it important?

Thanks to your participation, it will be possible to:

• getting to know real needs and problems residents,
• planning effective actions preventive measures,
• improving the safety and comfort of life in the in the city.

What is worth knowing?

The survey is anonymous - your responses are completely confidential. The results will be analysed only in aggregate form - there is no the possibility of identifying the responders.

The study concerns issues such as: addictions, violence or mental health.

Questionnaires for pupils (grades VI–VIII of primary schools and secondary schools) are implemented in Ełk schools, but they can be also fill in it yourself at home – just click on the link for appropriate group. They are equally anonymous and voluntary, and it takes approx. 10-15 minutes. The questions are adapted to the age of the students and are about m.in. peer relations, internet use and substance abuse psychoactive substances.

• this message on your media social media – the more responses, the more relevant actions in Ełk.
