The aim of the public consultations is to collect comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested persons, organizations, entities to the draft resolution of the City Council Ełk concerning the cooperation of the local government of the city of Ełk with non-governmental organizations and other entities conducting public benefit activities in 2027.

Applications social services will be conducted from 30 October to 5 November 2026.

In consultations can be attended by all residents of Ełk, in particular:

• organizations non-governmental entities and entities specified in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on Public Benefit Activities and volunteering, based in the city of Ełk,
  
  
• organizations non-governmental entities and entities specified in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on Public Benefit Activities and volunteer services, based outside Ełk, which work for the benefit of the city Ełk.

Forms conducting public consultations:

a)    Providing comments during on-call consultative unit of the organisational unit substantively responsible for consulted area during the consultation period from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.;

(b)    to the President of the and a consultation form signed by authorised persons with an opinion on the draft during the consultation period.
