Information about the ełckich investment, which will be carried out in 2017: ul. Suwalska, Cologne, Yotvingians-II stage and Kochanowski (as of 28 February).

I. ul. Yotvingians in ełk – phase II-START of WORK

Reconstruction of the Yotvingians, elk Street from Yotvingians between serial architecture and made. Located between Suwalską and a paddock at the end of this street with a length of 215 m.

The scope of work includes m.in.:

·         perform demolition and excavation,

·         the construction of drainage,

·         the execution of street lighting with LED technology,

·         the execution of the road pavement of asphalt concrete pavement and entries, the sidewalks with paving,

·         the execution of vertical and horizontal marking.

An investment Firm carries out road works in Elk SP. z o. o. The total value of the investment is £ 435,902.31.
Expected date of completion is end of may 2017.

In November 2016 ended the first stage of the reconstruction of ul. Yotvingians in Zator.
The total value of the investment is 194 thousand. zł.

II. the ul. Kochanowski-SETTLEMENT Of TENDER

Reconstruction of the carriageway paving the street Kochanowskiego (approx. 670 m) from the street Matejko Street Emilii Plater in Elk.

The scope of work will include m.in:

·         demolition,

·         the robots paving,

·         the construction of the drainage segment,

·         execution of the crowns 15 well sanitary sewage system,

·         the execution of paving the road with asphalt concrete,

·         the execution of horizontal marking.

The contractor selected in tender: Road Works Company in Elk SP. z o. o. The total value of the investment is $410,825.20.
Planned date of completion of the investment end of June 2017.

III. ul. Suwalki-GARDENING, PREPARATORY

The robots has agreed will be section of a street of Suwalki from the railway bridge at the intersection with Solar Street to the bridge on the river Elk. The total length of under investment. 1650 m.

The work consists of m.in. on:

·         reconstruction of the existing telecommunications infrastructure,

·         the construction of the stretch of the sanitary sewage system ul. Solar and

·         the construction of the stretch of the aqueduct to the ul. Solar and

·         implementation of road paving with asphalt concrete,

·         implementation of pavement bike paths with asphalt concrete,

·         pavement execution exits, sidewalks, walking-cycling strings with a paving stone,

·         installation of aluminium lighting columns,

·         mounting of lighting fixtures LED

·         construction of the traffic light at the intersection of ul. Suwalki-Łukasiewicz-Garden and exit from the guardians of the State fire service,

implementation of the horizontal and vertical markings,

Contractor is the company STRABAG SP. z o. o. from Pruszków. The total value of the investment is £ 12,524,019.62.
Expected date of completion is August 2017.

The town of Ełk on rebuilding the streets of Suwalki and Cologne has acquired more than 13.5 million in funding from the regional operational programme for the period 2014-2020.

IV. the ul. Cologne-GARDENING, PREPARATORY

Reconstruction of the section of the street, from Bahrkego Street to the junction type rondo by node "Konieczki" on the ring road of the city of Ełk (length CA. 1057 m), along with the construction and reconstruction of all intersections of roads.

The scope of work is m.in:

·         demolition and earthworks,

·         the construction of drainage,

·         reconstruction of the water supply network,

·         the execution of paving the road with asphalt concrete,

·         execution of the pavement bike lanes with cobblestones,

·         pavement execution bus bays, entry and sidewalks with paving,

·         the execution of horizontal and vertical markings,

·         construction of the cable line,

·         installation of 42 pieces of lighting poles,

·         installation of 61 pieces of LED-based auto-illumination,

Contractor is the business of road works in Elk SP. z o. o. The total value of the investment is $4,534,132.22.
Expected date of completion is end of September 2017.
