£ 2 million obtained funds for the development of e-services in ełk Town Hall

City of Elk has acquired a $2 million grant from the European Union for the implementation of the project "the use of modern information and communication technologies-ICT in public services provided by the city of Elk." The project will be implemented from January to December 2018.

The local Government of the Elk puts on new technologies and the systematic development of e-services for residents. Therefore, in 2018, in the municipality of Elk will be implemented the project "the use of modern information and communication technologies-ICT in public services provided by the city of Elk" funded by the European Development Fund Regional.

The project involves the following e-services:

1. Seizure of the belt road

2. Housing allowance

3. Permission to ad

4. electronic OPI

5. energy Supplement

6. the location of the drainage connection

7. Authorization to trade point

8. The subsidy for the modernisation of heating

9. Integrated system of public information Elk

10. Gis

11. A reconciliation of the location of the exit or reconstruction of the junction

12. electronic caller's Service Center

13. Reporting the failure in the belt road

To implement the planned services, it is necessary to upgrade and retrofit existing infrastructure:

·       purchase of network security system

·       purchase server platform

·       implementation of the modernisation of the server: modernization of the emergency power supply and the purchase of computer equipment

The total value of the project is $2 440 812, including:

·         collected funds-$ 2,074,690.20

·         own contribution-$ 366,121.80

Project will run from January to December 2018.
