All Saints Day – changes to traffic, free traffic

In connection with the day of all Saints ' day on the streets of Elk will be introduced a temporary traffic arrangement in the vicinity of the cemeteries. On November 1, 2018, the use of public transport in the city of Elk will be free for all. Area farmers markets will be made available as a parking lot.

Change in traffic arrangement in the vicinity of cemeteries

As every year, in connection with the day of all saints, in the vicinity of the ełckich cemeteries, changes are made to the Organization of road traffic. Temporary changes are: Fair, Kochanowski, Cemetery, Goods and Matejko.

Change in traffic arrangement will be in effect from 6 am. 17:00 on 31 October to 1 November. 20:00.

UL. Targowa and Kochanowski:

the bi-directional movement
on trips from the markets, "Kaufland" and trade house "TRUMPS" and building on ul. The market order will be introduced 10 drive right

UL. Cemetery:

It will be closed to vehicle traffic for the entire length (from ul. Kochanowskiego Street. Norwid). Closed will also train crossing Street. The cemetery

UL. Goods:

in the area of the cemetery No. 2 for the entire length of the street. Goods (from a journey to the onal ul. Circular-Zone) on both sides of the roadway will be the prohibition of stopping on the roadway

UL. Matejko's painting:

on the side of the cemetery are set characters B-36 (prohibition of stopping) with tiles "refers to a roadway". On the opposite side, along the entire length will be set to the characters B-36 (prohibition of stopping)

PLEASE NOTE!

On November 1, the city market area will be made available as a parking lot. Trading can be done only in designated areas.
On November 1, 2018, the use of public transport in the city of Elk will be free for all.

Increased patrols in Elk City guards in the vicinity of the cemetery!

From October 30 to November 5, municipal police in Elk runs on call 24 hours. Which, in this period, there will be increased patrols in the vicinity of cemeteries, while at least one patrol will be constantly present in the municipal cemetery in Elk.

Changes in the running of buses

On November 1, 2018, all buses MZK SP. z o. o. in Elk posing as from the city centre towards the ronda Czesława Nalborskiego (rondo Glass) will move to the streets: Polish Army – Fair – Kochanowski and Emilii Plater. From ronda Czesława Nalborskiego (rondo platen) streets Emilii Plater-Kochanowski-Town-Polish Army.

These days all the stops. Kilińskiego will be excluded from the traffic.

In addition, on November 1, in order to allow to reach by public transport to the municipal cemetery No. 2. Goods in the Elk run is 5 courses on line 16 (from initial Pivnik Grim at 7:00 pm: 8:10, 10:05, 11:50, 14:00, 16:00), which will be at the following route:

Cologne-Sikorski-Kayki – Polish-Mickiewicz-Dabrowskiego-Kosciuszko – Polish – Fair – Iron Goods-Industrial-Kochanowski-Zone-Industrial-Grajewska-John Paul II.
