The Mayor of Elk on December 27, 2018, signed an agreement with the Board Of Warmia and Mazury to develop selected e-services provided by the Office Of the elk. The project will be implemented from February 28, 2019, to September 30, 2020.

Within the framework of the agreement will be implemented 16 new e-services, and also purchased will be hardware and will be upgrading selected systems (power, storage, server).

The agreement assumes the following e-services:

The service will allow you to submit an electronic application for jobseeker's allowance for the birth of the child and to obtain a decision by electronic means

The service will allow you to submit electronically a notification about the danger in the city of Ełk

The service will allow you to submit an electronic request for data related to RODO and decisions electronically

The service will allow you to pay for the mandate imposed in Australia, proceedings conducted by the municipality the town of Ełk.

The service will allow the electronic submission of the application for the use of the public and the decision by electronic means.

The service will allow the submission of the electronic application and scholarship decisions electronically.

The new service will be available 24 hours 365 days a year, from anywhere and at any time through the computing device and the browser.

An external user will have to choose one of two methods of authentication:

• native authentication service through the username and password given to you by your system administrator,

• through the profile trusted ePUAP.

The cost of the implementation of the e-services together with buying equipment: ok. 3 m

Grant of RPO WiM for the years 2014-2020: more than 2.5 million

The city's own contribution: more than 450 thousand. zł.

However, this will not be the first e-services available in Elk at the local level. Now residents can use such e-services such as:

• Declaration on the real estate tax
• Declaration on agricultural tax
• Information on the agricultural tax
