The city, in cooperation with housing communities, implements investments and renovations, which aim primarily to improve the quality of life of residents, but also to change the image of individual buildings and townhouses, which become a showcase our city.

Renovations of the façade of buildings also result in energy savings due to the warming of the walls.

This year, 14 buildings were invested and the cost of the work amounted to more than PLN 1.4 million:

1. Warehouse 2 - Renovation of the façade
2. Polish Army 68a - Warming of the front wall
3. Slovak 4 - Renovation of the façade with wall warming and renovation (renovation) of the front wall and insulation of the foundation wall
4. Gdansk 11 - Renovation of the façade from the west side
5. Railway 27 - Replacement of the part of the cover and renovation of the façade with warming
6. Mickiewicza 27 - Renovation of the façade from the street
7. Mickiewicza 34 - Renovation of the front and peak façade
8. Peanut 5 - Renovation of facades, thermomodernization of walls, replacement of window joinery and warming of foundations
9. Peanut 6A - Renovation of the façade with thermal insulation of walls, warming of the roof
10. Świackiego 2 - Renovation of the façade with warming (street side) with balconies
11. Świackiego 3 - Renovation of the façade with the warming of the front wall and moisture insulation
12. Toruńska 2 - Renovation of the façade and roof with the warming of the walls of the apartment building
13. Polish Army 1 and 1A - Renovation of the façade with warming – peak wall from the side of the building of the Polish Army 3
