(a) be indicated in writing by the non-governmental organisation or entity referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1250/1999; Whereas article 3(1) of Regulation (EEC) 3 of the Act on public benefit activities and the voluntary establishment and activities in the Republic of Poland;
(b) may not represent the organisation or entity participating in open competitions offers for the implementation of the tasks of the municipality of Ełk in 2020;
c) comply with the provisions of the Code administrative procedure concerning the exclusion of the worker;
(d) submit the following documents application:

· Letter guidingly describing the candidate and his experience and competence in the implementation of public tasks and evaluation of tenders,
· Written authorising the home organisation or entity to represent,
· Statement organisation/entity that it does not intend to participate in open competitions in 2020.
