1.   Support concerning the task entitled 'Facilitating access to social services, including integration with the local environment" will receive:

Action will consist in the provision of social services aimed at persons or families in a difficult situation in life, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, as well as the provision of services supporting the integration of families with local backgrounds (e.g. activation of local environments in order to creating social forms of self-help, participating in family picnics, supporting families in their environments, in particular through services streetworker and animator).

2. Support for the task entitled 'Social activation and excluded and at risk of social exclusion will receive:

·         creative horizons project (40 persons)

·         "Take care of tomorrow" project (24 people)

Grant for the total amount of almost 1 million 200 thousand. $1.00.

Will is support for people, families or the environment of persons at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion using the instruments of active m.in integration: social, professional, education, health.

The projects will be co-financed in integrated territorial investment , a special envelope from the regional programme for the City of Elk and the Municipality of Elk. Coordination implementation of the ZIT MOF Elłk is carried out by the Elk City Council.
