From 10 years runs the Non-Public Therapeutic Primary School "Bajka" and Non-public Therapeutic School for The Adaptation to Work "Prologue" in Suwałki working m.in. with children and adolescents with autism. He is president Student Sports Club "GROM"- a club of which members are children with disabilities. Creates schools without bells, textbooks, sewn to the needs and needs of the students. The main objective of its activities is to conduct schools, organisation of activities for children and young people
disability, actions aimed at making the public aware of how integration and activation of persons with disabilities in the local community. Organizes meetings, conferences on autism, campaigns for people with disabilities. Integrates teacher communities, parents of children and young people with disabilities. Co-created The Total Federation of NGOs together, cooperates with the Suwalski NGO Support Centre (CWOP) of the Trinity Centre. He is a member of the board of the Podlasie Sejm of Persons with Disabilities. Represents Suwałki in podlasie Non-Governmental Network. He is a bencher in the District Orchard. In the sheer volume of daily activities finds time for social activities and volunteering. Winner of the Volunteer Colours Award, graduate of the 12th edition Schools of Leaders of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation (PAFW Leaders). Recently Newsweek Polska magazine honored Ursula Duda special prize in Competition for the title "Social iterator of the year 2019" for multi-annual activities for those affected by autism and their families and for actively promoting social and social independence persons with disabilities by setting up an innovative school of preparing them for work, as well as for effective cooperation with local government, the result of which is the creation of a family card with a child disabled in Suwałki.
