The idea behind the award is to highlight people who their daily work, activity and commitment serve the city and and contribute to the promotion of Elk.

Awards are granted to natural, legal and other entities for special achieved in the previous calendar year or for the total activity in the 8th Categories:

1. Patron of Sport

2. Athlete of the Year

3. Artistic Award

4. Patron of Culture

5. Ambassador of Elk

6. Entrepreneur of the Year

7. A Role-To Besee

8. Special Award

Award granted on request:

• President Cities of Elk

• President Elk City Council or a group of 5 Councillors of other bodies of government and local government

• Organization non-governmental, social, economic, professional, trade union and

• Media local, regional and nationwide

• group 25 adult natural persons permanently residing in the city of Elk
