For the purpose of the consultation is to gather comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from stakeholders, organisations, stakeholders and to the draft resolution of the Elk City Council on the adoption of the Elk Cooperation Programme municipality of Elk with NGOs and other entities public benefit activities in 2021.

Territorial scope of the consultation is the area of the city of Elk.

In public consultation can be attended by all residents of Elk, non-governmental organisations and entities referred to in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activities and on the volunteering, based in the city of Elk, and organisations and entities based outside Elk, which work for the city of Elk.

Forms public consultation:

(a) the transfer of to the President of a consultation form completed and signed by authorised persons opinion on the draft during the consultation period, which constitutes a an annex to the order;
