"Personal Assistant of a Disabled Person"

In Elk implemented is the "Personal Assistant to persons with disabilities" programme, addressed to persons with a severe or moderate degree of disability. The programme is financed under the Solidarity Fund, around 207 000 euro were raised for its purpose. $1.00.
By the end of 2020, implemented in Elk will be a program "Personal Assistant of a Disabled Person". Goal programme is to support adults with disabilities with a severe or moderate degree of Disability. A total of 36 people from Elk are planned to be supported.
The services provided will reduce the effects of disability and to enable the active way of disabilities, as well as to combat discrimination on grounds of disability social exclusion of disabled persons.
The programme is financed under the Solidarity Fund and has been £207,040. The program is coordinated by the Municipal Social Assistance Center in Elk. Service assistant are carried out in cooperation with the NGO - The Humanitarian Aid Association of St. Lazarus in Elk.
