The Mayor of Elk shall make public the lists of dwellings intended for sale by means of a non-commercial sale to tenants.

Acting on the basis of Article 35(1) of the Law of 21 August 1997 on the Management of Immovable Property (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1990)

made public

that, at the headquarters of tut. Office at ul. Pilsudski No. 4 from 16.12.2020 – 05.01.2021 lists of residential units intended for sale without a notice to tenants were published on the bulletin board (1st floor):

residential premises no. 5 located in building No. 35 at ul. Polish Army in Elk with the sale of a share in the plot marked No. 417/1;
residential premises No. 13 located in building No. 9 at Ul. Józef Ignace Kraszewski in Elk with the sale of a share in the plot designated No. 1436/82;
residential premises no. 34 located in building No. 24 at ul. Polish Army in Elk with the sale of a share in the plot marked No. 447/7.
