Yesterday, i.e. 15 December, a meeting was held board of the Association of Polish Cities, during which The President of Elk Tomasz Andrukiewicz expressed dissatisfaction with m.in lack of transparency in the allocation of funds rfil and omitting the inhabitants of Elk, Olecka, Gołdapi, Elbląg or Olsztyn. He also informed of the intervention taken by the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki or awaiting clarification on this matter.

Today (December 16) in the Polish Senate held press conference of the Chairman of the Committee on Local Government and Administration of Senator Zygmunt Frankiewicz, in which they participated in the President of Sopot Jacek Karnowski and Mayor of Wołomina Elżbieta Radwan. Zygmunt Frankiewicz is also chairman of the board of the Association of Cities Polish.

Many owners, smaller and larger cities and municipalities, including The President of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz has already submitted applications to the Prime Minister of Mateusz Morawiecki to provide public information on the procedures for evaluating applications, the list of members of the committee assessing the proposals, the individual assessment of each of the proposals, as well as the minutes of the evaluation individual proposals.

The government did not agree to the establishment of a special assessment of these proposals. We will intervene in this matter and we will tough. Because it makes no sense for us to cooperate with the government. And we with the government want to cooperate with anyone regardless of political option. Because that's our Obligation. We live in one country. – declared in his speech Jacek Karnowski, President of Sopot.

Announcement of the latest results of the division money from the Regional Fund for Local Initiatives (RFIL) has local governments. They consider that this division was biased and Discretionary. In their opinion, the analysis of the results of the division for the provinces indicates this. According to the data, eight provinces, where the majority has a ruling party, more than 292 ml in total. However, for the remaining eight provinces to be divided only PLN 36 million. In the opinion of local authorities, this cannot be explained objective criteria.

There is one Poland. Poles and Poles need money and do not understand according to what criterion they were distributed. – Elżbieta Radwan, mayor of Wołomina, spoke at today's conference. It represented small municipalities which were left without support from RFIL.

Local authorities will demand transparency broken down: Transparent must be be the distribution (of funds) in the municipality, county, province, every penny must be justified, every built walkway must be cleared and this settlement is all residents of the municipality. Here (with RFIL) billions are shared, and not even a list of all evaluation criteria, scoring. It's not all there. – spoke today President of the ZMP and at the same time Senator Of Poland Zygmunt Frankiewicz.

Local authorities consider that there is no transparency, transparency and integrity. Therefore, at today's conference declared that they would continue to call for the establishment of a steering committee assessment of applications, scoring and the establishment of an independent agency by the European Commissions, so that we can ensure that eu funds are come to Polish.
