Delivery of elderly and disabled people for COVID vaccination – 19

The city of Elk will provide transport for the elderly who are unable to
to vaccinations and to persons with disabilities with up-to-date
disability certificate to a significant extent with the code R or N or
group with the above-above conditions, respectively. Delivery is planned on the day of vaccination to the
vaccination point. Information on the need to use the service should be reported to the
immediately after the vaccination date has been set.
