Directional traffic on Pułaski street on the section from the street The Polish army to Zamkowa Street will be in force from 31 May on summer period.

The adopted solution will increase pedestrian safety and improve traffic in the area of the promenade. It will also allow guests to stop in front of the main entrance for check-in and luggage transport. Will segregated places for the stopping of suppliers of goods to the premises of the as well as a separate bay of taxi vehicles.

Introduction of one-way traffic on Ul. Pułaski on the section from the Street of the Polish Army to Zamkowa Street was preceded by a public consultation with residents of Elk.

The public consultation was part of the the city of Elk and were carried out between 14 July and 31 July 2015. 2020. The public consultation was attended by the inhabitants of Elk and public institutions, NGOs, entrepreneurs and other entities from of the City. Thanks to meetings and the interview, it was established that, according to the persons involved in the introduction of one-way traffic on Pułaski Street (from ul. Polish Army to Castle Street).
