Main goal consultation is to collect comments and opinions of the residents of Ełk and the institution public, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs and other entities from the area of the city, whose statutory objectives are related to prevention and solving alcohol problems. The consultation will run until 2 December.

Forms of public consultation:

Intermediate form:

• message completed and signed consultation form during the duration consultations by traditional mail to the address of the Ełk City Hall, 4 Piłsudskiego Street, 19-300 Elk or personal delivery of a completed and signed form to General Chancellery of the Ełk City Hall at 4 Piłsudskiego Street.

Direct form:

• submission of comments directly to an employee of the Department of Social Policy of the Ełk City Hall during the consultation duty, on the days and hours of the Office's work in the building piłsudskiego 2, i.e. (Mondays from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and from Tuesday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
