In the public consultation, they may participate non-governmental organisations and entities referred to in Article 3(3) Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activities and on volunteering, operating in the Municipality of the City of Ełk, whose statutory purpose the activity is the protection of animals.

Comments, opinions, conclusions and recommendations from interested organizations from the city of Ełk to the project resolutions of the Ełk City Council on the "Animal Care Program" homeless people and prevention of animal homelessness in the Ełk City Municipality in 2022" can be submitted on the consultation form.

Signed and the completed form should be:

1.    Upload traditional mail to the address of the Ełk City Hall, Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk,

2.    provide in person to the General Chancellery of the Ełk City Hall at 4 Piłsudskiego Street, room No. 02,

3. send by e-mail to address: um@um.elk.pl (scan of the consultation form) or general letter submitted to the Electronic Delivery Box of the Ełk City Hall to the ESP address: /umelk/SkrytkaESP/ or other publicly available ICT tools using a trusted profile signature or a qualified signature

Public consultation carried out will be from February 3 to February 11, 2022 until 15:30.

Comments, opinions, conclusions and recommendations with an impact date after 11 February 2022 will not be considered.
