In a meeting members of the Municipal Team participated Crisis Management, including m.in President of Ełk with deputies, Secretary and city treasurer, directors of municipal institutions and companies, representatives non-governmental organizations, police and municipal guard commanders, chiefs individual departments of the Ełk City Hall, president of the city hospital.

Members of the crisis team assessed the current situation in the city of Ełk and institutions, in health care, as well as in the field of safety. All this in the context of the situation in Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens who are looking for shelters in our city. The actions taken so far have been discussed aid and logistics as well as proposals for further initiatives
