Campaign of the city government "1% with benefit for Ełk" is aimed at additional support for benefit organizations acting for the benefit of the inhabitants of Ełk Public.

Who can donate 1% of income tax:

• taxpayers of personal income tax (including m.in taxpayers receiving income from the sale of securities for consideration valuable);
• taxpayers taxed with a lump sum on recorded revenues;
• taxpayers conducting business activity and using a flat 19% tax rate.

1% tax income from natural persons can also be transferred by pensioners, if fill in the PIT-37 form themselves or use a specially dedicated one for them and for 1% PIT-OP.
