The Elk Senior Card 60+ to citizens of Ukraine " will be granted to Ukrainian seniors regardless of their financial status. The cards will be issued free of charge until 30 September 2022 after positive verification of the application within 1 month from the date of submitting the application.

The application must be accompanied by a number PESEL number granted by the Ełk City Hall and present a document confirming identity.

The initiative is an element of social policy implemented in Ełk, supporting Ukrainian seniors living in our city. To introduce the Card is:

• helping seniors - citizens of Ukraine,
• strengthening their role in society,
• improving the quality of life,
• increasing access to the cultural offer, recreational, sports and rehabilitation,
• counteracting marginalisation and exclusion.

The card entitles you to:

• 25% Off from the ticket to which you are entitled, in accordance with the applicable price list for services (courts, ice rink, water park, rope park, fitness, sauna, fitness, swimming lessons) organized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center,
• 50% discount on the use of offers and participation in events organized by the Historical Museum in Ełk,
• 20 % discount on events whose exclusive the organizer is the Ełk Cultural Center and tickets for films in the cinema ECK in the amount of PLN 10 (except for screenings, for which a discount for seniors is established separately: Senior in the cinema, retransmissions and others),
• discounts on the use of the offer of the partners of the action – Ełk entrepreneurs who will join the initiative "Ełk Charter" Senior" on the basis of an agreement.

• in the Department of Social Policy of the Office Piłsudskiego 2, room no. 15

• and by post to the address of the Ełk City Hall Department of Social Policy , 2 Piłsudskiego Street, room No. 15 with a note "Ełk Senior Card 60+ citizens Ukraine".
