The program is used to co-finance projects implemented by non-governmental organizations whose purpose is to identify, document, disseminate cultural heritage and its values, as well as social welfare commitment to the protection and care of heritage, including monuments.

Applying is carried out using the Witkac IT platform – www.witkac.pl 

On what can be allocated to the co-financing:

• Action in identifying, inventorying and documenting heritage cultural (tangible and intangible), leading to recognition, consolidation and preservation of cultural heritage and its values;
• Action aimed at strengthening socio-cultural practices, traditions, including handicraft and transmission traditions oral, dissemination of skills, including related skills with crafts or traditional construction techniques, enabling preservation of monuments and their value;
• Action educational and popularizing local cultural heritage (material and intangible) and knowledge of it or of it values, leading to increased awareness of social value heritage and strengthening the social will to preserve heritage and the use of its value;
• Action educational aimed at increasing the level of knowledge about the procedure in accordance with applicable law, searching for monuments and promotion of good practices in the search for monuments at use of electronic and technical devices and equipment for diving;
• Works order and security at monuments entered in the register monuments or included in the municipal or provincial register of monuments and in their surroundings, leading to protection, fixation, readability and preservation of the substance and value of the monument.
