Residents of Ełk can apply demand for a specific amount and type of coal (peas, walnut, eco-peas), which they plan to purchase in two tranches of a maximum of 1.5 t by the end of 2022 and in the period from January 2, 2023 to April 30, 2023.

The collected estimates will allow to determine the real needs residents of Ełk in the scope of planned coal purchases and will enable them to undertake the decision as to how it is to be distributed.

According to the bill, the purchase of coal will be entitled a natural person in the household who meets the conditions entitling to carbon additive.

The demand for coal should be submitted on the form placed in the Annex below, which must be submitted:

• in person at the Ełk City Hall at Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4 (room 247)
• um@um.elk.pl address

by 4 November this year.

More details about the sale of coal by the local government will be given after the entry into force of the Act.
