The purpose of the implementation of the tasks in this competition is strengthening the capacity of NGOs working for the self-government community of the city of Ełk, in particular by supporting initiatives building social ties and bottom-up social activity.

Priority tasks of the ełk city government to implementation in 2023 in the following areas:

1. Public policy and public security:

(a) ensuring safety above and on the water.

2. Education, education and Education:

(a) education of children and young people in the field of culture and Art;

b) education of children and young people in the field of healthy Nutrition.

3. Social policy:

a) supporting the social activity of the inhabitants of Ełk;

b) supporting the social activity of people Disabled guests;

(c) promoting social activity of older people;

d) supporting the volunteering activities of residents Elk;

(e) support for activities for the benefit of national minorities, and ethnic, in particular intercultural dialogue and integration with local environment;

(f) activities for the benefit of the organisation non-governmental entities and entities listed in Article 3(3) to the extent specified in Article 4(1)(1) to (32a);

(g) social vitalisation.

4. Educational care educational:

(a) activities for the benefit of children and young people through organization of winter and summer holidays.

5. Ecology and conservation animals and protection of natural heritage:

(a) environmental education, and protection of natural heritage;

(b) protection of animal rights and active taking care of their well-being in Ełk.

6. Culture and protection Heritage:

a) supporting the organization of cultural life in Ełk;

b) supporting the creators of culture from Ełk.

7. Physical culture and Sport:

(a) supporting the development of competitive sport;

(b) supporting the development of sport for children and young people;

(c) promoting the development of grassroots sport.

Tenders may be submitted by non-governmental organisations and entities referred to in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activities and volunteering.

Planned amount of public funds allocated for the implementation of tasks in 2023 is: PLN 510,000.

The order for the implementation of tasks will take place in the form of entrustment or support.

Deadline for tasks: from 1 January to 31 December 2023

Deadline for receipt of tenders: from 25 November 2022 until the funds are exhausted, but no later than October 31, 2023

Deadline for formal and substantive assessment: up to 21 days calendar from the date of submission of the offer.

Deadline for settlement: up to 30 calendar days from the date of submission of the offer.
