The city received PLN 2 million for the implementation of the investment from the Government Fund Polish Governance Programme: Strategic Investment Programme entitled: "Reconstruction Marian Szczęsny Street in Ełk along with the construction of infrastructure technical'.

Msgr. M. Szczęsny Street is a road internal, connecting the City Hospital "Pro-Medica" in Ełk Sp. z o.o. with important public facilities, such as as: Single Mother's Home and Misericordia Nursing Home run by Caritas of the Diocese of Ełk. The investment will improve communication between facilities such as It will also facilitate access for residents with health problems and social to public service providers.

The scope of work includes:

- reconstruction of the surface m.in of the road approx. 205 mb

- reconstruction of individual and public exits,

- construction of a section of sanitary sewerage,

- reconstruction of the existing water supply and sewage network Rainy season

- construction of street lighting along the road Internal

- construction of a technological channel,

- reconstruction of the central heating network connection,

- construction of road drainage,

- rainwater pretreatment system and prudent,

- construction of paved access to the devices pre-cleaners,

- horizontal and vertical markings,

- earthworks.

Total value of the investment: 2 050 000 PLN

Value of co-financing: 2 000 000 PLN

Own contribution of the Municipality of Ełk: PLN 50,000 (2,44 %)

Completion: 31.12.2024 r.
