The Ełk City Revitalization Committee is a forum for cooperation and dialogue of revitalization stakeholders (m.in. residents, organizations non-governmental, property owners, entrepreneurs) with the City authorities Ełk in matters related to the preparation, conduct and assessment of revitalization center of Ełk. He also performs an opinion-making and advisory function for the Mayor of the City Ełk in matters related to the implementation of the Municipal City Revitalization Program Elk. The Committee shall be entitled to express opinions, positions and recommendations and taking their own initiatives.

Inaugural meeting of the Revitalization Committee The city of Ełk took place on August 23, where Deputy President Artur Urbański handed over the members of the Committee acts of appointment. Magdalena Nina became the Chairman of the Committee Łaszcz, and the deputy Marcin Sawicki.

During the meeting, the role and principles were discussed functioning of the Committee and information on the status of work on the Municipal Revitalization Program of the City of Ełk. During his two-year term of office The Committee will support the process of renewal of the center of Ełk.

Some of the members of the Committee were elected in the result of an open recruitment, and the rest were appointed by the Police, the Convention of Seniors, Ełk City Council and the President of Ełk.

Composition of the Committee:

• Anonymous Sidelnikow – a resident of the revitalization area of Ełk, a representative of owners and perpetual usufructuaries of real estate located in the area of revitalization of Ełk, representative of property management entities located in the revitalization area of Ełk;

• Marcin Sawicki – a resident of the revitalization area of Ełk, a person running a business economic activity in the area of revitalization of Ełk;

• Kamil Birgiel – a resident of Ełk from outside the revitalization area, representative entities conducting social activities in Ełk;

• Jolanta Konecko-Pietrowska – representative of property management entities located in the revitalization area of Ełk;

• Robert Siołek – a person running a business in Ełk, representative socio-economic partners;

• Alice Tracichleb-Salik – representative of entities operating in Ełk social for environmental protection;

• Aneta Makowska-Bojsza – representative of entities operating in Ełk social, responsible for promoting social inclusion, rights fundamental, rights of persons with disabilities, gender equality and non-discrimination;

• Magdalena Nina Łaszcz – representative of the Ełk City Council;

• Paul Górski – representative of the Ełk City Hall;

• Marzanna Ratyńska – representative of municipal organizational units;

• Suzanne Obrycka – representative of the Convention of Seniors;

• Christopher Kuczyński – representative of the District Police Headquarters in Ełk.
