The scope of the contract includes revitalization of the area, including:

·     Construction and maintenance of roads access and driveway roads for the duration of construction and the execution of preparatory works and demolition,

·          execution of earthworks, access roads, land drainage,

·          execution of parking spaces, signage Road

·          construction of pedestrian and pedestrian routes,

·          construction of green areas arranged with plantings,

·          installation of landscaping elements (benches litter bins),

·          installation of lighting in the area,

·          execution of telecommunication ducts,

·          Arrangement of two-part pipes on network collisions energy and telecommunications,

·          cleaning up the area after the work has been done Construction

·     restoration of damaged or devastated paved surfaces and green areas after the construction works to their original state.

The investment will be fully covered from own funds and will amount to: 729 zł612.75
