It is celebrated on April 14.
The purpose of the feast is to commemorate the Baptism of Polish on 14 April 966. The baptism of Prince Mieszko I is a breakthrough event in history the Polish state and nation, which is considered to be the symbolic beginning of the state Polish. This event marked the beginning of the Christianization and the building of structures churches in the Polish lands, and also had a breakthrough significance political, cultural and identity.
