Historic the residential building at 21 Chopina Street has been  Restored. Last week, the works were received, the The scope included m.in:

-execution demolition works

- renovation and renovation of external façades (repair of cracked walls, replacement of damaged ones bricks and all joints, plaster replacement),

-cleaning hydrophobisation of external walls shall be carried out in order to prevent penetration of water into the structure of materials,

-renovation Balconies

-exchange balcony railings,

-renovation exterior window and door joinery,

-exchange external sheet metal window sills and the replenishment and replacement of damaged masonry elements of external window sills.

Cost investment: PLN 250,189.18

Height The subsidy amounts to PLN 245,185.40, constituting 98% of the investment value.
