In September last year, the city signed an agreement for co-financing from the Government Fund Development of Roads, and at the end of 2023 signed contracts for the implementation of the renovation three streets in the Zator housing estate: Augustowska, Kraszewskiego and Śląska. Works were divided into three parts. At the end of April, renovation works were undertaken at Augustowska Street.

Scope renovation of Augustowska Street (renovation over the length of 397 m), includes m.in:

-execution demolition works,

-execution pavement surfaces and exits made of concrete paving stones,

-execution of bituminous surface.

Value works (Augustowska Street): PLN 764,798.56 settled with an as-built cost estimate

Deadline implementation of works (Augustowska Street): until 01.10.2024

Soon Work will also start on:

-hive. Kraszewskiego in the field of milling the asphalt layer and reconstructing a new one (renovation at a length of 210 m),

-hive. Śląska – milling of the asphalt layer and reconstruction of a new one, renovation of the pavement on the left side of the road, replacement with new elements (renovation over a length of 388 m).

Value of co-financing from the Government Road Development Fund: PLN 1,152,339.07

Deadline implementation of the entire investment: October 2024

Currently in As part of its own funds, the city is carrying out works in the field of rainwater drainage on Kraszewskiego Street. As part of the ongoing works, a system will be built drainage system with a length of approx. 232 m.
