Initially Maja City has signed a grant agreement to co-finance the investment entitled. "Renovation of the historic tenement house at 38 Wojska Polskiego Street in Ełk".

Scope of work In addition to the construction design, it includes, m.in:

• Window cleaning,

• Painting walls with façade paint,

• Apply thin-layer plaster on the wall surfaces,

• Planting corners in windows and corners Building

• Installation of window sills, flashings,

• Insulation of window jambs,

• Gluing polystyrene boards,

• Disassembly of flashings,

• Priming the wall surface.

Total value of investment works: PLN 500,050.04

Subsidy is PLN 500,000, of which PLN 490,000 comes from the Government Reconstruction Program Monuments, and PLN 10,000 from the budget of the city of Ełk.
