Already in This Saturday (June 1) begins the next edition of the National Competition Competition for the "Cup of the Bicycle Capital of Polish". The competition will last until the end of the competition June. Participation in the game is free of charge.

Rules of competition ? This Simple!

Cyclists download a mobile application specially created for the needs of competition Active Cities, which records routes and their lengths. The participant decides for himself for which of the cities he "spins kilometers".

Goal project is primarily: promotion of recreation, promotion of bicycle routes, promotion of cycling as a means of transport, as well as implementation of the idea of "Smart City".

President Ełk actively participates in the campaign every year. "spinning kilometers" for Ełk.

We encourage all residents to healthy sports competition and fun together promoting an active lifestyle.

We encourage also to compete:

- Ełk primary and secondary schools – we will award the best competitors from the winning school,

- Ełk sports clubs – we will award the best players from the winning club.

MOSiR Ełk has provided prizes, one a man and one woman with the highest number of kilometers "cranked" for Ełk will receive an Active Ełk card worth 250 zlotys each.
