Subject consultations are in particular the directions and tasks that will be implemented in the 2024-2028 by the City of Ełk in the area of mental health.

The main objective of the consultation is to collecting comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested persons, organisations and entities to the draft Mental Health Protection Programme in city of Ełk for the years 2024-2028.

Public consultations aimed at are addressed in particular to residents, organizations and entities from the city of Ełk. They started on June 29 and will last until 8 July 2024.

• Passing opinion by post or in person by means of a completed and signed consultation form together with the data processing clause, during the consultations, to the address of the Ełk City Hall, 4 Piłsudskiego Street, 19-300 Ełk;

• Passing opinion by e-mail, during the consultation period through the sending a consultation form together with a data processing clause to the E-mail address: ps@um.elk.pl.

Direct:

• Passing opinion directly during the duty hours of the Social Policy Department of the City Hall during the consultations from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the building at 2 Piłsudskiego Street, room 16.
