List strategic projects for the region, co-financed under the Programme European Funds for Warmia and Mazury for 2021-2027, received the approval of the European Commission and the Board of the Warmińsko Voivodeship Mazurski. The role of the project is to support the development of enterprises in the Region.

Project INNOVATIVE MOF EŁK provides for the implementation of 5 mini-projects - modules thematic measures aimed at entrepreneurs from the Functional Urban Area of Ełk. Planned ERDF co-financing (85%) under FEWIM 2021-2027 and an additional of state budget support (5%) will amount to a total of EUR 1 million 150 thousand.

Project will be implemented by the Science and Technology Park in Ełk in the first quarter of 2025 - second quarter of 2027. The implementation of the modules is planned in the following Order:

1. STARTUP HUB – the aim of the project is to support SMEs in the initial phase of development in order to competitiveness. The scope of the module includes: implementation of the incubation program, i.e. support companies in the initial phase of development (up to the 3rd year of operation) by providing them with basic and specialized incubation services advisory services, m.in. in the field of: accounting, legal, tax, patent, entrepreneurship, market analysis, marketing, design, technology, IT system.  Incubation program 24 SMEs will be covered. Completion date:  I quarter 2025 – II quarter 2027.

2. INNOVATIVE SME – the aim of the project is to develop the offer of pro-innovative PNT services in the field of specialized consulting in the area of research and development works by SMEs. Deadline implementation: I-IV quarter of 2025.

3. PNT GAME LAB – the aim of the project is to develop the offer of pro-innovative PNT services in the field of designing and testing innovative products, services, processes and solutions for entrepreneurs with the Design methodology Thinking. Completion date: I-IV quarter 2025.

4. DIH – INNOVATION HUB DIGITAL – the aim of the project is to prepare the PNT for the role of a coordinator Regional Digital Innovation Hub (STAGE I), which is tasked with this phase of the will be provided basic information services for digital transformation Enterprises. The project plans to increase the number of ICT in the activities of the PNT, as a result of which m.in new provision of information will be pro-innovative e-service including initial diagnosis of transformation potential digital digital technologies of enterprises. Deadline implementation: February 2025 - IV quarter of 2026.

5. ORIGINATOR'S ZONE PNT - the aim of the project is to develop the offer of pro-innovative PNT services in the field of scan and 3D printing for testing or experimentation by enterprise solutions aimed at products or services they produce. Deadline implementation: II-IV quarter of 2026
