INFORMATION ON THE RESULT OF THE FIRST TENDER

UNLIMITED ORAL

set for 17 October 2024 at 1000 hours in the Ełk City Hall for the sale of residential real estate No. 5, described in KW OL1E/00016723/2, located on the first floor in building No. 9 at Generała Władysława Sikorskiego Street in Ełk, with an area of 28.20 m2 with a share of 1/100 of the part in the common property constituting a part of a building and equipment that are not used exclusively by the owners of the premises and the plot of land marked No. 144/2 with an area of 796 m2 and the share of 1/46 of a part of the plot of land marked No. 144/6 with an area of 2521 m2 disclosed in KW OL1E/00012704/5.

Starting price of residential real estate with share is – PLN 207,980.00 (two hundred seven thousand nine hundred eighty zloty), including:

1/ price of the premises with the share of 1/100 part plot of land 144/2 is PLN 180,980.00 - VAT rate - Article 43(1)(10) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on the tax of on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2024, items 361 and 1473);

2/ price of the share of 1/46 of the plot of land 144/6 amounts to PLN 27,000.00 - the price obtained in the tender will be increased by VAT at the rate applicable on the date of conclusion of the sales agreement.

The price of the share of 1/46 of the land in plot 144/6 is 12.982017% the starting price of the residential property with the share.

Tender deposit in the amount of PLN 41,500.00 (say: forty one thousand five hundred zlotys).

There is no local spatial development plan, which would cover real estate located within the precinct of 1 of the city of Ełk at 9 Sikorskiego Street, marked in the register land numbers 144/2 and 144/6 (established by as a result of the division of plot No. 144/4), and the Ełk City Council did not take any action resolutions on commencing the preparation of the local plan spatial development in the area covering the above-mentioned plots.

In addition, I would like to inform you that the Mayor of the City of Ełk issued the following decisions on the location of a public purpose investment:

No. 6/2008 of 9 April 2008, for the investment consisting in the "construction of a rainwater collector within the Centrum and Północ I housing estates", in the area including m.in. property No. 144/4,
No. 23/2008, of 18 November 2008, for the investment consisting in the "construction of fiber optic cable line in relation to the building of the Power District Dystrybucja Ełk Sportowa Street – 110/15kV Ełk 2 substation Wileńska Street", on the area including m.in. property No. 144/4,
No. 16/2009, dated 22 June 2009, for the investment consisting in the "extension of Wileńska and Grodzieńska streets along with the construction and reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure", in the area including m.in. property No. 144/4,
No. 23/2012 of 24 December 2012, for the investment consisting in the "reconstruction of the low-pressure gas network with connections", in the area including m.in. properties No. 144/2 and 144/4,
No. 21/2015, of 22 December 2015, for the investment consisting in the "reconstruction of the sanitary sewerage system of the Północ housing estate as part of the project "Improvement of water and sewage management of the Ełk II agglomeration", in the area including m.in. property No. 144/4,
No 3/2018, of 06 March 2018, for investment consisting in the "construction of a cable power network SN-15kV", in the area including m.in. property No. 144/4.

As at the date of issue of this certificate, there are no remaining legal transactions of decisions establishing the development conditions for plots in question.

Properties No. 144/2 and 144/6 are not located in the area of revitalisation zone or in the Special Revitalisation Zone, in accordance with the the Act of 9 October 2015 on revitalisation (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 278).

The tender has been set for October 17, 2024 at 1000 hours. Place of the tender - conference room in the Ełk City Hall at 4 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street.

By October 11, 2024, to the account of the City Hall Ełk did not receive the bid bond as above, therefore the tender ended negative result.

No people not allowed to participate in the tender.
