Nordic Walking – also for beginners!

Centre Environmental Education invites you to the Nordic Walking march. The group will set off This Thursday (07.11) from the playground located in near the bus terminus in the Konieczki housing estate. Collection at 9:00 a.m. The classes are conducted by Alicja Tracichleb-Salik.

Nordic Walking – a form of recreation consisting of marches with special Sticks. It was invented in Finland in the 20s of the twentieth century.
This not only a form of sports activity, but also a unique Recreation in harmony with nature.
Nearest the opportunity to find out on Thursday, November 7 at 9:00 a.m. The Centre for Environmental Education invites you to the Commune Nordic Walking "Recreation in harmony with nature". Group will set off at 9:00 a.m. from the playground located nearby bus terminus in the Konieczki housing estate.
Classes led by Nordic Walking instructor - Alicja Tracichleb-Salik.
Organizers also invite people who have not practiced it so far activity. The meeting will be an excellent opportunity to learn the correct Nordic Walking technique.
