Customer satisfaction survey with the services provided by the Ełk City Hall

We encourage you to fill in a short, anonymous customer satisfaction survey with the services provided by the Ełk City Hall. The collected opinions and comments will be used to improve the work of individual departments and offices of the office. Surveys can be completed until November 29, 2024.
The survey consists of 5 questions concerning, m.in others, the assessment of the way the case was handled in terms of, for example, timeliness, service time or availability of necessary information. It is also possible to indicate what should be improved to make the office function more efficiently. It takes about 1 minute to fill out the form.

You can also fill in a printed questionnaire and throw it into the urn placed in the main corridor in the Ełk City Hall (under the clock).
