Applications for the scholarship can be submitted until November 30 for 2025. The scholarship is awarded to people who are particularly talented, representing a high artistic level, as a sign of appreciation for achievement, but also as a form of further development.

Scholarships are awarded in the following fields:

• fine arts,
• theatre and stage art,
• music and dance,
• song
• literature
• film
• photography
• organization of cultural events in the area of of the city of Ełk.

The scholarship can be awarded to a person who works in the field of culture in the in the city of Ełk, and has undertaken or continues artistic education, art studies or otherwise improves their artistic skills.

Creative and artistic achievements are taken into account, which include three the last years of his work. Applications can be submitted until November 30 at the Office of the City of Ełk.

Important information for scholarship candidates:

• there is an obligation to make a recommendation, which is issued to the applicant by a person with significant achievements in the field of culture and art,
• The scholarship application template requires m.in. detailed description of the scholarship programme (min. 1500 characters), which will enable the verification of the legitimacy of financial support for people involved in artistic creation and dissemination of culture and art.
