Information on the result of the first oral unlimited tender for the sale of undeveloped land properties located in Ełk at Gen. Fieldorfa "Nila" Street

INFORMATION ON THE RESULT OF THE FIRST TENDER

UNLIMITED ORAL

for sale real estate undeveloped land plots, located in Ełk, at Gen. Fieldorfa Street "Nila", disclosed in the land and mortgage register OL1E/00044967/9, according to the following list:

Plot marked in the land register survey No. 2820/8 with an area of 0.0823 ha

Starting price of the property : 167.300,00 zł net

Tender deposit: PLN 33,000.00 gross, including 23% VAT
Plot marked in the land register survey No. 2820/9 with an area of 0.0858 ha

Starting price of the property: 174.300,00 PLN net

Tender deposit: PLN 33,000.00 gross, including 23% VAT

VAT will be added to the prices obtained in the tender at the rate applicable on the date of conclusion of the sales agreement.

The tender was carried out on November 18, 2024 at 1000 a.m. in the Ełk City Hall, 4 Piłsudskiego Street.

In accordance with the terms of the tender, within the set deadline, i.e. by November 12, 2024. the account of the Ełk City Hall was not credited with the above-mentioned bid bonds, therefore The tender for the sale of the properties described in points 1-2 has ended negative result.

No people not allowed to participate in the tender.
