Social Worker Day 2024

Yesterday (21.11.2024) we celebrated the day of social workers. President Tomasz Andrukiewicz conveyed his wishes and thanked the employees municipal institutions for their commitment and effort put into their daily work.
Pursuant to the Social Assistance Act of 29 November 1990 (Article 51.4.) 21 November was established as the Social Worker Day. It is a holiday not only for social workers, but for all service workers Social.
The celebration of the Social Worker Day organized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center took place yesterday (21.11.2024) at the "Stajnia" Social Revitalization Center. A meeting with employees was also held in the Community House Self-Help in Ełk. For commitment and effort put into everyday work Tomasz Andrukiewicz, the Mayor of Ełk, thanked all gathered.
