The consultation shall focus in particular on the objectives and activities that will be implemented in the years 2025-2027 by the City of Ełk in in the area of family support.

The purpose of the public consultation is to collect comments opinions, and recommendations from stakeholders, organizations, and entities to the project of the "3-year Family Support Program of the Municipality of Ełk for the years 2025-2027".

Public consultations concern the area of the Municipality of the City Elk.

The consultation is aimed in particular at residents, organizations and entities from the city of Ełk.

You will be able to express your comments and suggestions to the program indirectly by sending a completed and signed form consultation or directly during on-call duty.

Forms of conducting public consultations:

1. Intermediate:

a) providing an opinion  by traditional mail or in person by means of a completed and signed consultation form (Annex No. 2) together with the data processing clause, during the consultations, on the basis of address: Municipal Social Welfare Centre in  Ełku, ul. Piłsudskiego 8, 19-300 Ełk;
(b) providing the opinion by e-mail, in particular consultation by sending a consultation form together with the information on the data processing clause to the e-mail address: sekretariat@mops.elk.pl;

2. Direct:

(a) to provide the opinion directly at the open consultation meeting, which will be organised on 30 December 2024 at 4.00 p.m. in room 7 of the conference Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Ełk (first floor, room 20);
b) providing the opinion directly to an employee of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ełk in every Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during consultations in the building of the Municipal Assistance Center Społeczna in Ełk at Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 8.

The project of the "3-year Family Support Program of the Municipality of the City of Szczecin" Ełk for the years 2025-2027" is available for inspection at the Municipal Assistance Center Społeczna in Ełk at 8 Piłsudskiego Street (secretary's office).
