Ełk Permafrost is a recreational and tourist event aimed at to test the limits of their own endurance, to present the qualities of Masuria and Ełk and promoting active recreation.

• Date: January 3-4, 2025
• Office and start: MOSIR Ełk Hall, 11 M.M. Kolbego Street
• Routes: Outdoor trails of Ełk and its surroundings

Program Events

3 January 2025 – Friday

• 16:00 - 20:00: Registration of participants for both routes (TP 50 km and TP 25 km).

January 4, 2025 – Saturday

• 6:00 AM - 07:30: Registration of TP 50 km participants at the race office.
• 6:00 AM - 09:30: Registration of TP 25 km participants at the race office.
• 07:30: Technical briefing for the TP route 50 km.
• 08:00: Start of the TP route 50 km (time limit: 12 hours).
• 09:30: Technical briefing for the TP route 25 km.
• 10:00 a.m.: Start of the TP route 25 km (time limit: 6 hours).
• 4:00 p.m.: Closing the finish line for TP 25 km.
• 20:00: Closing the finish line for TP 50 km.
• 9:00 p.m.: Ceremonial end of the competition and a feast for the participants.

5 January 2025 – Sunday

• 10:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m.: Free access to the Water Park in Ełk for route participants TP 50 km and TP 25 km.

Starting categories:

• Start individual with a gender breakdown.
• Classification Masters (60 years and older).
• Classification residents of Ełk (broken down by gender).
