The initiative "Ełk Family Card 3+" is part of the policy implemented in Ełk, aimed at supporting large families. Its priorities are: strengthening the functions of a large family, improving the conditions of the and the promotion of the model of many children.

The "Ełk Family Card 3+" can be obtained by members of the large families living in Ełk (including foster families and families with foster family children's homes). The card is available to families who have dependents three or more children.

The "Ełk Family Card 3+" entitles you to:

• 50% Off Offer And Event Attendance organized by the Ełk Cultural Center.

• 50% Off Offer And Event Attendance organized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Ełk.

• 25% discount on the use of the offer of public kindergartens conducted by the Municipality of the City of Ełk, in accordance with the resolution No. XLIII.433.18 of the of the City of Ełk of 27.03.2018

• Discounts on the offer of entrepreneurs – partners shares.
