Oath Military is a special moment in the life of every soldier. It is an act of vow, which expresses the goals and tasks set for soldiers by the nation and state.

"I, soldier of the Polish Army, I swear to serve the Republic of Poland faithfully, defend its independence and borders. To uphold the Constitution, to guard honour Polish soldier, defend the military banner. For the cause of my Homeland in the need for one's own blood and life. So help me God."

Words This Saturday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m., the military oath will be pronounced by others Soldiers joining the ranks of the 4. Warmian-Masurian Defence Brigade Territorial. A solemn ceremony will take place at the John Paul II Square in Ełk, which will be attended by about 300 participants, including soldiers and their relatives.

In due to the ceremony in Ełk, traffic difficulties are possible. In the hours of preceding the oath, there will be marches of troops, and on the streets of the city Military vehicles will appear.
