From 1 January 2026, buses of the No. 16 will run on a new route, running m.in along Wileńska Street, Grodno Street, J. Tuwim and 11th November. At the same time, the hours have been adjusted departure timetables, so that the timetable is more in line with the actual travel times between stops, which will allow you to improve the punctuality of the routes.

With the change of route, the line No. 16 will start operating, m.in new stops, located in the areas of residential development, near schools and other important facilities public utilities.

From 1 January, buses of this line will stop additionally at the following stops:

Wileńska – Korczaka 02, Wileńska – School Complex No. 2 01, Grodno – Church 02, Grodno – School Primary School No. 3 01, Tuwima 02, Tuwima – School Complex No. 1 01, 11th November – church 01, 11th November – roundabout 02 and 11th November – School 04.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that due to the introduced changes, they will cease to be operated by line no. 16 stops: Północ II 01, Północ II 02 and Siedliska (Bajkowe settlement).

The changes introduced are response to the comments and needs reported by residents, as well as resulting from the analyses of passenger flows and the current demand for transport connections. It is worth noting that the locations of the stops at Wileńska and Grodzieńska Streets have already been in operation during the changed routes during the reconstruction of Sikorskiego Street and at that time were very popular with passengers.
