KSeF is a modern system for issuing and receiving invoices, which ensures data security, automatic storage of documents and no need to print paper invoices.

From 1 February 2026, the obligation to issue invoices in the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) applies to companies whose sales value in 2024 exceeded PLN 200 million. For other entrepreneurs, this requirement will come into force from 1 April 2026. The above dates apply only to the obligation to issue invoices. Receiving invoices in KSeF is mandatory from 1 February 2026.

The Tax Office in Ełk invites you to talks with experts. At the facility, you can get individual explanations and dispel any doubts related to KSeF. Open days will take place on January 24 (Saturday), January 25 (Sunday) and January 31 (Saturday). The Tax Office is also extending working hours from 26 to 30 January until 8:00 p.m.
